Several long-term smokers and beginners also suffer due to the problem of increased heart rate and other heart problems. Danger of smoking cigarettes also damages the blood vessels in the body. The respiratory system can be wholly got abnormal by the habit of smoking. The risks of respiratory diseases are usually get doubled by the habit of smoking. Chronic bronchitis, shortness of breath, pneumonia, asthma and flus are some of such respiratory problems. Stomach problems like ulcer, cancer in the stomach, pancreas and colon, etc also increases due to the habit of smoking. It will also increase the aging process providing wrinkles over the skin. Smoking in total decreases the immunity of the body too.

The skin tone also will start improving from the dull and pasty complexion.
